Subscribing to the Linac-Eng Listserv from a computer
Step 1. Go to Google.com
- Step 2. Type in “listserver 16.0 linac eng list”
- Step 3. Look through the results for the one called: “New in LiSTSERV 16.0 – L- Soft” If you cannot find that link try the following: “listserver 16.0 linac eng list and New in LiSTSERV 16.0 – LISTSERV email list software email marketing” without the quotes. 🙂 or type the following into the URL line of the browser. www.lsoft.se/products/listserv_160.asp
Step 4. Choose that link
When the L-Soft webpage opens look for the ‘Customers’ tab at the top
Hover over that name and choose the ‘LISTSERV Community’ from the choices
When that webpage opens scroll to the bottom and choose “CataList Email List Search’
When that webpage opens look for the heading ‘List Information’. Under that heading find ‘View List with 1,000 subscribers or more’. Choose that link
When that webpage opens, drag the slider on the right down about 2/3 the way down the slider bar. The list is organized by the number of subscribers (from most to least). Linac Engineering is set at 1,539 subscribers. The number changes so if you cannot find it that way look for the Linac-Eng@List.Aristotle.Net by name. Find that link.
Step 5. Choose that link
Step 6. Follow the instructions given on this webpage

Step 8. Wait for the subscribe response email to come from the Linac-Eng Listserv
Step 9. A Subscriber’s Corner email will be sent to the email address you provided above.
Go to the section titled “Subscriber’s Corner”.
Subscribing from a Mobile or Tablet device
Step 1. Go to Google.com
Step 2. Type in: “linac.org”
Step 3. The choices that are returned will include the following:
LISTSERV 16.0 – Linac-Eng List at List.Aristotle.Net
Step 4. Choose this link

A new window opens that looks like the following:

Step 7. Choose the Subscribe (LINAC-ENG) button
Step 8. Wait for the subscribe response email to come from the Linac-Eng Listserv
Step 9. A Subscriber’s Corner email will be sent to the email address you provided above
