2020 brought the obvious challenges, both personally and professionally. It also showed us the power of community and coming together. We were able to connect over 500 participants across 14 countries and 5 continents during the RSEA speaker series. We added a new method to collaborate through the Discord app. We updated our brand and website to improve access to our members. We committed to updating our bylaws to enable greater connections across the global independent service community. And we did it all because of your support, trust, and commitment to this profession.
- Collaboration – Define how we communicate and collaborate as a community.
- Community – Lead the drive towards building a global service community focused around the radiotherapy service engineer community.
- Certification – Set view / vision for what “certification” means to our community.
- Career – Provide perspective on being a radiotherapy engineer as a profession (…not just a job).
